About the project
The biggest challenge in e-commerce is the ‘white background’ fatigue. My approach to the Premium Apparel series was to reject the studio void and place the product in the real world. I wanted to sell a lifestyle, not just fabric. By compositing the apparel into hyper-realistic environments—from snowy peaks to urban streets—and rigorously matching the lighting and shadows, I elevated the perceived value of the garments. I want the customer to feel the cold air or hear the city noise just by looking at the shirt.
We hired Abu Bokor Siddiq to elevate our e-commerce visuals, and he delivered beyond expectations. He didn't just display the product; he created a lifestyle around it. The way he matched the lighting of our t-shirts to the environmental backgrounds—from the snowy slopes to urban streets—was flawless. Our click-through rates improved significantly thanks to his work.
