Posters Vol-05

Beyond Reality – Cinematic Key Art Series

About the project

A movie poster has to tell a story without giving away the plot. For this series, I leaned heavily into symbolism over literalism.

For Astral Dimension, instead of showing a generic space scene, I filled the helmet with red flowers to symbolize life, memory, and hallucination against the cold void. For Lumina, I literally transformed the protagonist into the ‘light’ he protects. I also believe the title treatment is 50% of the poster’s success—notice how the Hriza font looks like twisted roots, or how Perspective uses geometric distortion. My goal was to make the viewer stop scrolling and ask, ‘What is this movie about?

Client's Quote

We were struggling to find a visual identity for our sci-fi film until we met Abu Bokor Siddiq. He didn't just give us a poster; he gave us the soul of the movie. The image of the astronaut with the flowers perfectly captured the themes of isolation and beauty we were trying to convey. It’s haunting, beautiful, and technically flawless.
